Following my studies in bio-medical analysis in Vienna, I worked for 9 years at St. Anna childrens’ cancer research institute where I played a significant role in the set-up of a laboratory under the direction of Prof. Gerhard Fritsch (Groupleader Emeritus). The laboratory for clinical cell biology including FACS core unit where I was responsible for managing the laboratory in its entirety and the continuing education of numerous guest researchers and students is numbered today, both nationally and internationally, among the leading laboratories in the field of haematopoietic stem cells. As co-author of numerous publications , I gave lectures at national and international conventions on current research results.

In 1998 I moved to Switzerland and worked for the company Roche in the area of Roche Diagnostics in the newly created international technical support team. As „technical specialist and trainer“ I was responsible for training and advising Roche employees and customers throughout Europe.
In 1999 I joined the company Becton Dickinson (BD) as Key Account manager for the BD Biosciences division for the whole of Austria. Throughout my 11 years of successful sales activities, the development of long-term customer relationships based on trust and integrity was a top priority for me. The company BD is an international market leader in the area of flow cytometry.

Personal development and conflict resolution skills
In parallel to my professional career, personal development is very important to me. In 2003, I successfully completed my first training in coaching. Further training in various consultancy types followed and today I am, amongst other things, a registered mediator, certified trainer and project manager. In February 2016 I could finish my latest study Supervision und Coaching at Danube University Krems with excellent success.

As a meta-consultant in the area of Life Sciences, I can draw on almost 30 years of experience in various positions in the industry and have access to an extensive national and international network.
